The current house-mate is a quiet, respectful man who rarely brings guests and is at work Mon-Fri, which allows the apartment to be a nice peaceful environment through out the week. Therefore this would be ideally suited to a mature student or another working professional.

The room has a large built-in mirrored wardrobe, with plenty of storage space.

All bills are covered excluding electric, which will be split equally between the two tenants. The property features good quality WI-FI connection which is included in the price.
