Very close to Waitrose and Lidl. I don't live at the property and would look for evidence of income such as 6 months bank statement showing earnings or similar.. Rent includes all bills including council tax, but not a tv license. If you have a tv it would be your responsibility to buy a tv license. I cannot buy one as a non resident landlord.
