Recently decorated with new carpets throughout and all white bedroom furniture. Room is spacious with very comfortable double bed. Recently replaced new fitted bath with shower and new splashwall. Separate WC. Fully fitted kitchen with washer drier, cooker, microwave . Whole property been decorated . Only two rooms to be let so no multi sharing. Parking available behind the property down a walkway. Very close to Waitrose and Lidl. I don't live at the property and would look for evidence of income such as 6 months bank statement showing earnings or similar.. Rent includes all bills including council tax, but not a tv license. If you have a tv it would be your responsibility to buy a tv license. I cannot buy one as a non resident landlord.
I plan to do viewings on 11th August 2025 or earlier by prior arrangement.
