Bright Double Room in townhouse close to centre

Large, sunny double room with lots of storage. Shared showeroom, large garden, free parking, view of abbey field, Netflix, Disney and prime accounts all included in rent. Large double wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a desk area and under-bed storage included.

Current housemates are myself, I have the top floor and Sophie, who will be sharing the showeroom. Shared kitchen and lounge although I have my own lounge and kitchenette on my floor. Large outdoor space has fire pit, sofa area, bar, darts and large raised lawn.

We are both very considerate of each other’s space and peace, Sophie is vegan and I’m into health and nutrition. We are looking for a like minded housemate.

Most importantly, the man of the house is my cat Theo. A very sweet cat who will demand cuddles so it is very important you’ve been around cats as there could be times you will need to feed him / care for him on the rare occasion both Sophie and I are away at the same time.

Will be renovating the room and shower room during viewings up until move in date so bear in mind when viewing.
