3-bed house located in Longridge with 1 double bedroom available to rent on the 1st of September

I am a live-in landlady looking to rent out my spare double bedroom. There is another smaller room, which is currently not available and not occupied, so there will only be 2 occupants in the property including you.

The double bedroom comes with inbuilt wardrobes, a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is parking available on the driveway. You will also have full access to the lounge with TV, large kitchen diner and lovely patio with garden. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and in walking distance of local takeaways and a Tesco Express.

About the household:
I have a busy working life and therefore the house is generally quiet. I am ideally looking for someone between 25-39years old, who works full time. Ideally looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. I have 2 cats (well behaved and very quiet), so it’d be great if you like cats.
