Large Bright Double Room in Townhouse

I have a large double room available for rent in my 3 bed townhouse to share with myself and my best mate Ted. Looking for a mature respectful professional who is alright with cats as you’d be sharing with my 5 year old Bengal mix Theodore who is an absolute lad, more like a dog. I tend to travel a lot as I’m self employed and Ted has just moved to the U. K. from our home town abroad. Both of us like the gym, cooking together, and watching the odd movie but we both value our own spaces and quiet time. This is a home/sanctuary rather than a HMO so looking for someone likeminded so we can all get along and have fun sometimes but also respect the home for a home and not just a place to crash. Other than that, it’s a very laidback happy house. I’m someone that likes to do random house renos so if you’re handy or enjoy diy projects that helps!

The house has 3 stories, I have the top floor and the middle floor has two double rooms and a shower room which you’d share with Ted who is very respectful and chilled.

There’s off street parking at the back as well as free parking on the street. A very large garden which is currently going through some renovations and but the patio has a homemade bar, darts, sofa so in the summer it’s a perfect bbq area.

I’ve had this house for 7 years now and have had many housemates, some good some bad so I’m looking for someone like minded, calm, easygoing, looking to share some fun times with but also look after the house like it’s their own as well so we can all enjoy it. Male or female but no couples and looking for someone in their 30s.

Rent is £700 per month, includes all bills including subscriptions to Netflix, prime and Disney. The room is the biggest in the house, newly renovated, with a very comfy memory foam mattress. A 3 door wardrobe and a bright desk area should you work from home.
