Single room available within a 2 bedroom house - sharing with a female owner-occupier, Belle, and my cat, Pixel.

All movable furniture, except the bed, can be removed on request.

- Shared bathroom with bath and walk-in rain shower.

- 10 minute walk from Colchester Town or Hythe train stations.

I am a quiet, clean, tidy and considerate woman who is quite introverted, and I am looking for a like-minded lodger who is easy going, respectful and tidy. I work from home full time Mon-Fri so I am ideally seeking someone who does not work from home, but this would not be a deal breaker. Regrettably no pets allowed as I already have a cat who absolutely loves people but is scared of other animals.
