-Conveniently located just a 10 minute walking distance from the University of Essex
-5minute walk to Tesco
-2minute to bus stop that connects you to town!

Move in Details
-I’m willing to move out immediately for the next person😊 be it first of April

Cost💵
-Rent is £450 per month
-No deposit fee!!
-The contract is until the 31st of August but can be extended
