This student accommodation is a 16-minute walk from campus and has an on-site Co-op, restaurant, and Pizza Hut. Additionally, there is a free gym, free parking, and a laundry room available. The rent is £157 per week from September 21st to June 23rd, 2025.
As I am moving abroad, I am willing to pay up to £200 towards the first month's rent to give someone a nice discount. . This is a tenancy transfer.
