Where is it?
Great location just off North Station Road, close to Colchester General Hospital, Colchester North rail station, Asda, the A12, Highwoods Country Park and a 10 minute walk into town. Please note there is no parking space available.
Your room
We have 1 room available - a good sized double room beautifully decorated – and available from 1st October for just £585 per month.
This fantastic double room is furnished with a double bed, high quality mattress (for a great night’s sleep!), with generous storage provided by chest of drawers and two built in wardrobes so you’ll have plenty of room for all your clothes. Each room has a sleek desk and chair – perfect for home working or study. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire. This room shares a modern, stylish bathroom with two other rooms.

All bills are included in your monthly rent.
Two beautiful, well equipped kitchens with your own lockable food storage cupboard
A fantastic separate lounge with gorgeous blue corner sofa, dining table and large Smart TV
A practical working from home area in the lounge
Washing machine and separate tumble dryer
Use of the large, sunny patio and garden to the rear of the house with awesome purpose built seating area – brilliant with a cold beer or glass of wine in the summer!
Fast fibre-optic Virgin Media wi-fi broadband throughout the house – unlimited, so you don’t have to worry about download speeds.
Cleaner for communal areas every two weeks. Gardener monthly.
Secure bike storage to side of house
This is a warm, homely house with helpful and friendly housemates. We’re sure you’ll have a great time living here!
No tenant fees!
There is a small £95 Reservation deposit, which secures the room for 7 days whilst we undertake our simple referencing process.
This goes towards your £500 Security deposit before you move in, along with your first month’s rent.
About you
We’re looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. We reference and credit check all prospective tenants.
Unfortunately, we can’t take:
couples, or those not in work, or
those wishing to have children stay.
About your landlord
The house is owned and managed by me Suzy. I’m registered with the National Residential Landlords Association. I aim to ensure a peaceful, fun and stress free living environment and take pride in keeping my tenants happy by handling all matters quickly and efficiently. Your security deposit is safely insured with TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
