One double and one single room available end of September/early October in nice quiet Greenstead area. Only bill not included in rent is council tax, band B. Decent broadband speed in this area.

I am 27, going back to uni after 9 years working. LGBT friendly household, pets considered. Professionals preferred but mature students also ok. I have a piano in the living room you’re welcome to play, hoping to create an easy to share space sort of environment.

Close to a small woods and a green for walks, no road noise and plenty of free parking in a communal parking area for the estate.

Main Colchester station 15 mins drive or 30 mins bus, which has many trains to London per hour. Very close to University of Essex. Tescos superstore 1.2 miles away, small convenience store, fish & chips & kebab shop a short walk away.

House is currently under refurbishment and everything will be freshly modernised including whole new bathroom suite and a second toilet added downstairs. Updated kitchen and large shared living room.
Plenty of storage available including a loft.

Double bedroom has a built in cupboard & new carpet & walls.

Single bedroom could be a double with less storage, furnishing can be adjusted based on need.

All come furnished but if you have your own then I can move things around for you. Viewings from 14th Sept but will still be in refurbishment at that point.
