Am looking to replace my flatmate. The flat has a very spacious living room with a Juliet balcony, and the bedroom is also pretty large. No smoking or pets are allowed. I've lived here now for four years, and will stay for, hopefully, many more to come as it's such a good place to live. I don't have a car, so the garage is available to use.
