Hi I'm Robert and I'm looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is situated in Stanway close to Peartree business park, with eeasy access to public transport.
The rent is 442£ a month without the bills.
The bills are:-council tax which is 160£(80£per person)
-electricity which on average is 70-75£ a month( 35-37.5£ pper person)
- water which is due every 3 months is on average 110£ a month
- and Internet which is 30£ a month
The flat doesn't have gas. The heating is on electricity.
On average the bills in total are around 130£ every month and every 3 months it goes up depending on the water that been consumed
The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
The room comes unfurnished or it can be furnished but that it's up to the new tenant, what I mean by that is that the current tenant will be more than happy to sell his furniture to you for a reasonable price.
