The house is located 8 mins walk from hythe station, 5 min from tesco and 10mins from the university of Essex.. Rent is £460 per month (bills excluded). No council tax for students.

The house is currently shared with 3 other tenants, all females. The house would suit a clean, quiet or out going and respectful tenant.
