Seeking a professional female flat mate

*Please note there are 3 cats at the property so it is a must you like cats*

I have a double bedroom available for rent which is currently furnished with a double bed and desk.
However, happy to remove the desk but would need to supply your own wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom (shower/bath) next to the double bedroom, however I do have my own ensuite so would not use this often.

I work a hybrid role as a nurse. Looking for someone who is like minded, does their own thing but also happy to chill and watch a film or chat :)

The property is a ground floor maisonette (no stairs).
There is a shared living room, dining room table, kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher).
There is a small garden area outside the property.
Parking would be on the road or possibly can discuss off road parking.
Access to garage also if required.
Bills included.

*** I have 3 cats, so it is important you like cats, as 2 of them cannot go outside so it is very important that you respect this and would ensure they cannot be let out at any times ***

There is a bus stop outside the property to town and also to Mersea every hour.
There is also another bus stop a 4-5 min walk away every 10 mins to town.
There is a a small shop nearby the property & coffee hog (cafe) 1 min walk away.
