I am renting out my two spare rooms. I will be living in the house in January and March but will be working away for the rest of the year until November so it will be just the two of you only. I’m ideally looking for two students/ friends who want to live together. My house is 5 star rated on air b&b and I’m happy for you to come and view.

There is a large living room, Fully equipped kitchen and a downstairs wc along with a newly renovated bathroom that you will only share with each other. There is also a garden at the rear and a gated patio area at the front of the property. There’s 1 parking space on the drive but plenty of free road parking down the cut-de-sac.

There’s a highly rated cafe, local shop, barbers/hairdressers and beauty salon within a 30 second walk. It’s a fairly quiet area which is nice and peaceful and very accessible by buses if you don’t drive. A 10 minute walk away there is a Morrisons local, bakery, pharmacy and takeaway places. A 25 minute walk away there is a Lidl.

I have had a lot of university students stay in the past as it is in a convenient enough location. Cancel tax band D.
