Flatmate wanted in CO4 for January

Looking for a flatmate to join a clean, professional home near mid/ end of january (date can be negotiated).

Current flatmade is a relaxed, outgoing female in her late 20's who just finished a MA in human rights law at the Uni specializing in social work. Lots of time spent climbing, at the gym, or doing other athletic activities- and you'd be more than welcome to join. Looking for someone (preferably female) who is respectful, considerate, and can clean up after themselves. Ideally you have goals or a career and care about the people around you! Age is less of an issue if we get on well enough.

Home is furnished and quite cute but you are more than welcome to add your own belongings. Especially plants. The room for rent has a double bed, large closet, two dressers, and an ensuite with sink/ toilet/ shower. Close to main bus routes, north station, and A12. LGBTQ friendly, pets may be considered.
