Double bed room in quiet 3 bedroom house

Situated in a 3 bedroom house, only currently occupied by one other person. He is a Firefighter, very clean/tidy, kind and lovely to talk to.

The room has a double bed with a Vesgantti mattress (very comfy), a built in wardrobe with a full mirror sliding door, shelves, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wall mounted smart tv.

The house has a fairly large living room with a dining table, 2x 4 seater sofas, a 65” smart TV, an electric fireplace and doors leading into the garden. The garden is fairly small but it’s lovely to sit outside and get some fresh air.

The shared bathroom is newly renovated. It has a bath with a shower screen and shower over the bath, as well as a toilet, sink and shelf space.

The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and has pretty much all of the appliances you need. Oven, gas hob, microwave, Ninja 8 in 1 cooker, George Forman, stand mixer, filter coffee machine and more.

Each guest is expected to clean up after themselves to keep the house a nice environment to be living in.

The location of the house is a short 5-10 minute drive away from Colchester high street. It’s in a lovely modern area with a cafe, barbers, hairdressers, corner shop and beauticians all within a 30 second walk from the house. There are lots of bus routes nearby making the whole of Colchester accessible if you don’t have your own mode of transport. There are also two train stations nearby which can get you into central London within 45 minutes, via the fast train.

Colchester has recently been granted city status and has plenty of things to do in your free time. There are beaches within only a 20-30 minute drive which are lovely in summer. There are also lots of good walking routes in the area if that’s something you enjoy.

This room is usually £900+ per month on air b&b with a 5 star rating but I am looking for a minimum 4 month stay which is why I have dropped the price and advertised on here.
