Room available in lovely student house colchester

Hi! My name is Sophia and I’m one of the tenants in this house. There are four boys and me who will be living in the house, and we are all second year students at the university of Essex. The room available is a lovely spacious double room on the bottom floor facing the garden. It’s a great property in a very ideal location just a short walk from the university. We are all very friendly, warm, sociable and clean people and would be very welcoming to you! I couldn’t find a photo but there is also a toilet on the bottom floor.
