Hi I am leaving out tenant of the single room in a 3 beds shared house on the Greenstead Road CO1 2SQ, which is 3 minutes of walk to the TESCO Hythe, bus stops just outside of the house, and near the University of Essex.
The rent of the single room is 325£ pcm bills not included. The council tax of the house is of band B, in average 167£ per month. In summer, the electricity bill is around 38£, water 10£, wifi 7,25£ per person per month.
We share living room, garden, 1 bathroom with toilettes, kitchen. And the kitchen is equiped with oven, 4 electric hotplates, friges, washing machine, ventilation.
The two tenants in the house are professional.
