Room for rent with live in landlord

The room is furnished with a double bed, it is on the cozy side but there is a nice living room and garden that you are welcome to use. We have shared spaces with a kitchen and bathroom. Smoking is fine in the garden but not in the house. I am looking for someone who I can get on with and who respects the house and the house mates. We try and keep a tidy house as best we can, there is an option for parking on the street also but that will be separate and you will need to attain a parking permit from the council but there is one available with the house, I will assist where needed.
