Looking for someone to take over tenancy

There is a single room available in Colchester, 10 mins away from Hythe station, 5 min walk to tesco and bus station is just outside with continuous services to town center. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I got to move out by the end of November due to some commitments. There are 2 boys staying in the double room of the house and the single one is up for rent. You get a kitchen, shared living area, backyard and parking as well.
