Large double en-suite room available in Colchester

I am looking for somebody to takeover my friend’s double en-suite room as they are moving out towards the end of February.

The flat is located just a 5 minute walk from a Tesco superstore, Home Bargains, Hythe train station, and plenty of bus stops with connections into town. This is a second floor flat, but there is a lift for access.

The flat is in council tax band C, which comes to approximately £80 each PCM, and bills (including WiFi) come to approximately £145 each PCM.

The bedroom and en-suite will be unfurnished, but everything you see in the living room, kitchen, and shared bathroom will be there and available to use.

I am quiet and tidy, and keep to myself most of the time. I enjoy cooking and baking, so really value a tidy kitchen space. I am okay with visitors as my partner visits most weekends.
