Less than 10 mins walk/5 mins drive to Hythe Tescos, plenty of free parking, friendly neighbours and nearby green spaces. Hythe station 10 mins walk/5 mins drive, town centre 20-25 mins walk or less than 10 mins drive.

Additional storage available in large shelved airing cupboard in the upstairs hallway next to the room, plus a shoe and coat wardrobe by the front door.

Completely new bathroom upstairs with bath and shower and additional new downstairs toilet installed, kitchen refurbished with more updating to come in the coming months. Washing machine and dishwasher.

I will be living here some of the week, I am at university and also working and my partner lives in Colchester so I’ll be out of the house a fair bit. I value tidiness and cleanliness in shared areas, am happy to make some changes to the room to help make your room your own and want you to feel like you can live in the whole house, not just your room.

Other flatmate a 33 year old female professional with a friendly medium sized dog. He does bark when someone is new to him but is very affectionate when he’s used to you. He is scared of men so women preferred.

Bills currently an additional £130 a month, covering council tax, utilities, water and internet.
