- Tenancy end: September 11th, 2026.

NOTE: While the true calculated monthly cost is £1,151, the accommodation requires 4 fixed payments of £1,525.96 for April, May, June, July. Since you only pay for 4 months, your entire stay from August 1st to September 11th is RENT-FREE. The total of 5 months stay is £6103.84 & rent is to be paid on every 1st of the month.🩷

- Deposit: I have listed a standard 1-month deposit, but a Zero Deposit Option (approx. £99 fee) is likely available through the building management (DTS), subject to referencing! 🩷
