Double Bedroom & Large Private Bathroom

Hey, my names Zoe, I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom and main bathroom. The room is 2.50m x 3.50m approx. And has a built in double mirrored wardrobe and large private bathroom (1.95m x 2.70m) with a large bath/shower.

Please note: the bathroom will be exclusively for your use except for the occasional bath that I have (no more than once/twice per month) and I will always ask/pre arrange before using. It is the main bathroom of the flat but I have an en-suite which is why I wouldn't be using your bathroom.

The flat is large and spacious, herringbone flooring and simple furnishings. Lovely south facing balcony so on sunny days has sun from Noon-Evening!

There’s also a dishwasher, fast internet and TV with Netflix. All bills are included in the price of the room.

Only sharing with me, must be a dog person as I have a little dog (see photo). Please do not enquire if you are scared of dogs or do not feel comfortable living with one.

A little bit about me: I have my own business in the fitness industry and therefore work various times of the day. I’m quite independent and I love the small things in life - nice dog walk, good coffee, being creative and active.

Pets considered (small dogs only). Cats or large dogs can’t be considered.
