Looking for a student to take over my tenancy at The Maltings, Colchester for the 2026/27 academic year.

The accommodation is in a convenient location being just 10 minutes away from the town center, 5 minutes away from Hythe railway station and offers a comfortable ensuite room with shared kitchen, games room, library and gym !

I'm looking for another student who would be interested in taking over the room.
