Double room available in lovely two bed house

A light and airy double room available in a relaxed two bed house in New Town Colchester. Room is nicely decorated and includes wardrobe, double bed, mirror, bedside table and tv aerial point. 5 min walk to the local supermarket, 10 walk to Colchester Town station, 20 walk to town centre. Nice quiet family area with street parking available. I work in London Monday to Friday in a theatre and would like the room to go to a quiet, professional laid back person (25-40 preferred but not exclusive.) House is finished to a high standard and rent includes high speed internet wireless access.

I also have a very friendly cat, who spends most of his time asleep!
