The modern kitchen has all appliances and ample storage for the whole house. Situated within a short walk of Tesco, the doctors surgery and the business park, and with easy access to the A12 for those that commute and with the beautiful Highwoods Country park on your doorstep for those tenants that like to take in nature walks, you really will enjoy living here. The north station and hospital are accessible by walking or bus as is Colchester High Street. My office is based in a purpose built property in the back garden and as such all those little annoying maintenance issues which arise from time to time are instantly sorted.
