Description
I have a small double room to let in my house. I am the only other occupant, but I am away for 2-3 nights a week between Monday and Friday. I am looking for somebody who needs a Monday to Friday let as the room is quite small so not really suitable for as a main residence. The house is very clean and tidy with newly fitted bathroom. I am looking for someone trustworthy as I won't be here much whilst you're here. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and small chest of drawers. The house has broadband TV and the usual mod cons. I am fairly easy going but respectful and would like to find someone similar.
The house is 10 minute walk from Colchester Town Centre. 10 minutes walk from Hythe or Colchester Town Station. There is unrestricted street parking if you have a car.
