I am looking for someone to share this lovely home with me. Need to be dog friendly as I have stitch (med size, very sweet, non barky dog).
In my spare time I am outdoorsy, I kitesurf, paddle board, go camping, out for dinner, the gym, the usual stuff and I work normal day hours.
The house is calm, and would suit a professional. It would also be suitable for shift workers or mature students.
The bedroom is a large double and comes furnished. The room has just been decorated, new carpet and new furniture. You'd have your own bathroom/shower. The bathroom is not an en suite but downstairs. I have an en suite so don't use downstairs bathroom.
We have fibre optic broadband wifi.
The house benefits from a cosy lounge and seperate dining room, a garden and parking.
The house is literally a couple of minutes walk to the station with easy access to London, Chelmsford Ipswich, Norwich etc.
It is also just a few mins drive or 10 min walk to colchester general hospital or 20 mins walk into town. There is a bus stop right outside the house for town and also lots of busses from the station. There is a bus to the university.
The room is decorated in neutral colours and It also has lovely high cielings so its bright and airy with two large windows.
Would consider a short let for the right person.
