Hi there.

I am looking for a like minded professional to share a clean and tidy 3 bed flat.

Very close to North Station and local amenities (Asda, Fitness Direct Gym). Perfect for anyone who commutes.

It's a small-ish double but with use of own bathroom and spare room.

There is a large shared lounge and kitchen area as well as a small balcony.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and money towards cleaning items.

I work alot of hours per week and when I am home I am mostly in my own room however I would ideally like someone who is clean and tidy and respectful towards noise.
