Due to an unexpected departure we are looking for a quiet and responsible student or professional for a room in a spacious and well furnished newbuild townhouse on a modern development in very quiet and safe street off Hythe Hill, 5 mins from Hythe Station and Tescos.

The room is a good sized single of 8m², sharing a bathroom with two other tenants.

I am offering a 9 month tenancy from 1 Dec to run to 31 Aug 2024.

Easy access to town centre and university by bus/bicycle etc. Convenience stores and takeaways nearby.

The accommodation is split over three floors. Ground floor is a large open plan common area with a modern kitchen and the five bedrooms are spread over the upper two floors.

Unlimited fibre Wifi provided. Room rate includes bills.

There is a garden to the rear, which is the only place where smoking is permitted. Parking is possible in the road outside. and a designated spot in a parking area.
