Double Room with own bathroom £450 pcm

Hi there,

I have a double room to rent in a new flat in Colchester. For £450 per month all bills are included, and you will have the use of your own bathroom as well as parking. The room comes with a wardrobe, double bed, huge chest of drawers, and a bedside cabinet. The bathroom has a bath, and shower over it. There is plenty of space in the flat and this is a nice cosy place to relax after a hard days work.

The flat is in a great location being a 10 minute walk to the train station, with trains 50 minutes to Liverpool Street, as well as a 5 minute walk to the Asda. Right outside the flat is a bus stop with buses taking 10 minutes to get in to the town centre.

You would be sharing with me, the landlord. I am a 38 year old guy who likes films, the gym, travel, and socialising. I work in London so I am very rarely at the flat. I am easy going, and friendly, happy to socialise as well as give you your space.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and tidy. This is definitely not a party house however I do go out myself time to time.
