PERFECT Room for Uni or Erasmus Students

We have a single bedroom PERFECT for students (at Essex Uni or Colchester Institute or Erasmus) in my modern and tidy 3-bedroom house.

The room is ideal for students as we offer flexible short contracts with NO agent fees and NO referencing fees, unlike most other landlords/agents.

We have a medium-sized garden and our house is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We do not have any pets and don't smoke.

The medium-sized single room available comes with all the required amenities, including a single bed, desk, drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe, mirror, desk lamp and lampshade. We have 2 bathrooms at home, 1 of them is very closely located to your room, making it very easy access for you.

A direct bus goes to the Uni from our home, which takes between 20-30 minutes journey (during peak times) to the University of Essex. Closely located to the town centre, our house is near the town centre, being only 10-15 minutes by bus. Buses are regular and the stop is only 2 minutes walk away. There are a choice of buses you can take, making your travel options more convenient. The town centre has a cinema, plenty of shops, restaurants, a leisure centre, libraries, historical monuments, etc.

Having considered the room available, I charge very affordable homestay rental of just £140 per week (pw). This is inclusive of all bills, including water, electricity, gas, high-speed wireless internet (38Mbps) and morning & evening meals. Included in this price is also use of the washing machine. This proves as a very affordable catered option (includes breakfast and dinner 7 days a week).
