Large double bedroom for rent in 3 bedr apartment

Hi, I live on my own in a large modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment situated a stones throw away from Colchester's much loved Highwoods Country Park. I am looking for a male or female to rent a large double bedroom. I work long hours, and at weekends so the place is empty a lot.

3 minute drive to Colchester Hospital

5 minutes to the train station and town

The room is partly furnished consisting of a double wardrobe, draws and bedside table.

I have a cute well behaved 5 year old son who stays two nights a week. There is a large bathroom which only gets used when he has a bath, the rest of the time it would be yours.
