The house is situated in a quiet residential street, offering lots of parking, within walking distance to the University, The Hythe Train station and Tesco Supermarket. There are also good bus services providing good links to the University and the Town centre. There is a convenient store close by.

There are 5 bedrooms, one en-suite room, two larger rooms and two singles. All rooms are fully furnished. There is one communal bathroom with a walking shower as well as a downstairs cloakroom.

The Communal area consists of a very large lounge/diner with a TV providing Sky and Sky Sports. Sky fibre wireless broadband internet is also provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. In the Utility room there is a Tumble Drier and an extra sink.

The rent includes all Bills as well as TV licence for the lounge, sky sports and wireless broadband.
