Unusually, one of our rooms is coming free in September, as our tenant has a new job in France - most of our tenants stay for their entire course. We need a brilliant new person for our mature house share to join the other two, one has been with us for two years now, the other for one year. We are looking for a clean, sociable housemate, with a mature attitude, willing to pitch in when needed and share the occasional meal, but also able to respect each other’s privacy at times.
The middle room is £110 per week and will be available from the 17th of September, in this fantastic 3 bedroom house share in New Town area for post graduates, mature students or professionals. You will be sharing with a male professional working for the NHS, and a male PhD student.

All fixed bills included in rent, only what you use in gas, electric and water to pay extra, and council tax if you are not exempt (council tax band B).

The house has been renovated and refurbished, and is well maintained by University of Essex alumni family specifically for a shared let, having two bathrooms, two communal rooms, and a private enclosed rear garden, with large shed for bike storage. When renovated, everything was replaced, from windows, doors and electrics, through to flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and furniture. There is a living room with seating, bookshelves and TV, dining room with table to sit 6 happily, fully functional kitchen and utility area, and each bedroom has as a minimum double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair, with bookshelves on the wall. Unlimited Virgin 200Mb broadband available in all rooms. The combi boiler was replaced in September 2022, but this house already had an EPC of C before this.
