1 Room sharing 3 bed student flat

Must be a student to rent the I room available sharing a 3 bed student flat, rent includes water. Gas and electric are on a pre payment meter and bills will be split 3 ways. There is also a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and toilet to share. A garden to the rear of the flat. We will require a guarantor living in the EU. Unfortunately we cannot accept short term lets the room is let on a fixed term contract to end on 30th June 2015.
