It comes with a bed and cupboard in there but i will chuck then if the new occupant would prefer to bring there own.
It is located 10 minutes from the local essex university (walk) 5 minutes from major supermarket and local train station, also great bus connections into the town.
I have no preference with the type of person who would like to rent just as long as your easy going and trust worthy there will be lots of space for you (i have no need to be in your face 24/7 unless we became friends lol!) but other than that please feel free to contact me for info.
