Double en-suite room, flat near station & hospital

The room is bright and airy, with an en-suite shower room and very large built in wardrobes. A very comfy double bed will also be left.

The flat has a large shared lounge with a modern kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of cupboard space, a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat itself is very quite due to having no neighbours.

My housemate is a male aged 23, he's really easy to get along with and to live with. We usually cook meals together and watch tv or films in the evening. He stays with his girlfriend for one night during the week and some weekends, so it never feels as if we're living on top of each other!

The flat is approximately a 5 minute walk to the train station, 15-20 minutes walk to the hospital and 15 minute walk to asda. There is also a shared parking space, but always ample parking on the road outside.

The rent includes all bills and internet.

I'm only leaving due to having a new job. The room will be available from mid-June, however this is negotiable.
