Luxury New Decorated Double Room To Rent

I Have a Beautiful Newly decorated double room for let.
It has Brand New Carpets, Furniture, Wallpaper, Bed, Blinds Etc.
Its had around 3,000 spent on it to achieve what it now is.
The room is not en suite, however it is next to the bathroom.
The room Does come with WIFI, Freeview and I have also put in a 51 inch Flat screen Samsung TV.
The plugs all have built in USB chargers(As we all lose the plugs)
I have one cat who is extremely friendly and nervous as I have just rescued him from the Cat Rescue, his name is JD, hopefully means Jack Daniels as thats my favourite.
You can park outside the house and see your car from Bedroom, I have all the necessary amenities in the house, all you need is food.
I will not just take anyone as have had bad tenants in the past, I am looking for the Nicest, friendliest, cleanest and tidiest person I can as my house is Immaculate 24/7.
Price of room is negotiable to the right person and I will be picking the person, not him. her picking the room.
