Self contained Annexe - Fully Furnished

We have an annexe available for initially a period of 3 months. We may be able to offer it longer term but I cannot guarantee this as we may be moving. The annexe has a double bedroom, large lounge, small kitchen with fridge and washing machine, own bathroom, separate front door. It is very neat and tidy. My husband and our 11 year old live independently in the main house, we are not looking for a house mate, but just want to offer this annexe out to someone who would like it and live respectfully there. We are about 2 miles from Colchester Town and half a mile from the train station and very near the A12. Any questions please email me and if you could tell me a little bit about yourself and what kind of work patterns you keep that would be very useful. I am not interested in someone who will be noisy and keep very late hours as this will not fit in with our family environment and I do not want anyone who works from home. A deposit will be required and the bills will be £75.00 per month. References will also be required.
