Hello, I have a spare single room available for a Female house mate from 7th June 2020. You will also have solo access to the adjacent spare room which you can use an an office or for extra storage.
There’s a private garden and open plan lounge/diner. The house is 5mins from Colchester town station and 5mins from town centre/shops/night clubs and university no need to get a taxi home after a night out :) also street parking available for an extra £30 (total amount to pay local council)
Currently the is a Norwegian student occupying the double room at the property but she is also due to move out end of May so I will be advertising that room separately.
The rent includes all bills and WiFi. The House has all commodities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer. The BT TV service has over 100 freeview channels well as well as BT sport.
I am looking for somebody social, clean and respectful.
