Towels laundered weekly and is included in the rental charge

This house is very spacious throughout offering plenty of privacy whilst being relaxed and informal in a very sought after area.
Contract is provided on completion of credit check. The credit check is a basic check which confirms employment and identity etc. We will consider tenants who may have previously had credit issues if openly discussed.
