Large loft room close to Colchester Station

Large loft room recently renovated. The room comes furnished.

All bills are included: super fast fibre optic broadband, water, heating, council tax, ect. There’s a cleaner who comes once a week and this is also included in the bills.

The house: 5 minutes walking distance from North Station.
Downstairs: large open plan kitchen /dinner, a cosy living room and utility room with washer, dryer and dishwasher etc. There's also a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs: bedrooms and bathroom
Outside: large patio and a lawn garden.

You’ll be sharing with me (I’m currently working from home) and my girlfriend visits some weekends. It’s a chilled and quiet house. We both enjoy socialising and having a beer or a glass of wine.

I have two dogs and a parrot so being an animal lover is a essential.
