Stanway is a quiet suburb of Colchester, yet only 3 miles from the town centre which has excellent shopping facilities, plus bars, restaurants, cinema and gyms. Conveniently located for A12 and bus routes into Colchester town centre as well as the train station.

The lodge is within walking distance to Tollgate shopping centre which has a large supermarket and other retail outlets as well as cafes. It is situated at the back of my property. The lodge has been beautifully renovated and benefits from fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Furthermore it has a stunning new bathroom with a power shower and the bedroom benefits from built in wardrobes with lots of storage. The lodge is a peaceful, cosy and pleasant place to live.

Unfortunately I cannot accommodate pets or children due to my own family commitments.
