Hi, I have a large double room available now. It's fully furnished with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. I am looking for quiet individual who would like to live in a clean and comfortable home. I have to get up early for work so like to be in bed by 10pm and looking for someone who will respect a quiet house. Use of kitchen and bathroom but not living room. There is also a down stairs toilet. Other lodgers are my two cats. Plenty of parking. Best for someone who drives as station is not within walking distance. You can easily drive to Hainault to get tube. Happy to answer any questions. ONLY LOOKING FOR 1 PERSON - NO COUPLES.
