The house is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by quiet countryside and comes with plenty of parking. The room over looks a large rear garden with mature trees.

Colne Engaine has a small village shop and friendly pub and is 2 miles from Halstead, 8 miles from Sudbury, 8 miles from Braintree and 10 miles from Colchester.

Marks Tey Rail Station is 8 miles away and Braintree Station is 9 miles.

There is a bus service from the village to Colchester that passes through Earls Colne.

We are a friendly family with 2 young children and a very friendly family dog.
