A small fridge is also available alongside the main kitchen fridge, and parking is available.

The house is in a great location, within a 7-minute walk to Performers College Corringham and around a 20-minute drive to the Rayleigh campus, making it ideal for a student or working professional.

This is a busy, family household, so the home is generally calm, clean, and well organised. It’s a friendly environment, but not a party house. I’m looking for someone respectful, easy to live with, and comfortable sharing a space where routine and cleanliness are important.

Occasional guests are fine, but no overnight stays.
