The double room can easily accommodate a desk & chair with room to spare. It benefits from a floor to ceiling triple ( yes triple!!) sliding door wardrobe - so lots of storage space!

You will be sharing with two straight females - 1. Ukrainian ( a teacher) and another is Spanish ( a vet)

The existing tenant (Straight Female Ukrainian) has a wonderfully quirky, loving, friendly indoor cat on the premises. Therefore you MUST like cats and not be allergic.

If you have a kitten / young friendly sociable cat I would be willing to accommodate them. Ideally if viewing in person please bring your pet so we can see how they get on.

Visitors are allowed within reason.

There is also a large park a few steps from the house.

I the landlord don't stay on the premises but do visit to review / do any maintenance required.

Location is within 5-10 minutes walk from Dagenham Heathway Tube Station. Very close to large Park. Easy 20 minute bus ride to Chadwell Heath where the Elizabeth Line can be caught and Easy bus ride to Romford..

Quick access to Jubilee Line switching at West Ham. You can get to Stratford, Canary Wharf & The O2 in 30 /40 minutes. You can easily get to Mile End/ Liverpool Street in 40 minutes. Oxford Circus in 1 -1.5hour. Dagenham Dock C2C is also just a bus ride away.
